We're in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10 AM - 3PM. You can drop photos off during those hours before July 30, or slide them under the door (if they fit) anytime!

Summer is here and the day is fast approaching for the annual G.G.C. Monarch Butterfly release. Held in the beautiful Lefever Butterfly garden, this magical afternoon is fun for the entire family.
Approximately 100 Monarchs will be released at each of the two release times: 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. for a total of 200 Butterflies!
A short program will precede the butterfly release explaining the life cycle of the Monarch butterfly and their dietary needs. Then, together we will release our fluttering butterflies into the garden. An amazing experience, to be sure!
The butterflies are free but MUST BE RESERVED with a check or credit card deposit to ensure your butterflies are waiting for your arrival. You will not be charged unless you fail to attend the Saturday butterfly release. By reserving your butterfly with a credit card deposit we confirm your attendance guaranteeing that all butterflies have a ‘sponsor’.
There will be hot dogs and lemonade to enjoy lunch in the garden. All proceeds from the refreshments will be donated to the Greensburg Salem MINI-THON which raises money for children with cancer.
Our signature flower wands will be available for purchase enticing the butterflies with a place to land after the initial flurry of wings upon release!
There will be face painting and temporary tattoos, a butterfly themed gift shop plus a used book sale offering shopping for everyone.
Be sure to bring the kids and the grandkids for this magical and educational experience they will remember for a lifetime.
THANK YOU to our event Sponsors: Somerset Trust, Allegheny Power, The Second Chance Fund, and Theresa Meidel – Re/Max Real Estate Specialist. THANK YOU for your support!
